On January 8, 2024, China Jwell completed the complete acquisition of Kautex, the main production base of Kautex - China Kautex has been reorganized in Foshan with a new company: Foshan Kautex Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and the grand opening in Foshan in April 24. The core team of Foshan Kautex Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is senior employees of Kautex in Germany and China. The Kautex brand has been deeply involved in the Chinese market for more than 30 years, and has a complete supply chain system and customer base in China, serving high-end users in various industries. 

At the same time, in order to better serve Chinese customers, facilitate the establishment of deep, close and convenient connections with customers and business partners, realize the complementarity of the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta, and radiate to Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Northern China, Kautex China Representative Office was established in Suzhou on 2024.01.09.

Mr. He Haichao, Chairman of the Board of Directors, paid great attention to the development of Kautex China, personally planned the layout, and took multiple measures both internally and externally to lead Kautex China to write a new road of innovation and green leadership.

2024.04.23~27Foshan Kautex team, together with the German Kautex team and Jwell Machinery, gathered in Shanghai to participate in the CHINAPLAS 2024 International Rubber and Plastics Exhibition. 

2024.06.25 Chairman He visited the Foshan Kautex factory, and Du Guoliang, chief technology officer of Foshan Kautex, gave a detailed introduction to the process flow, rectification plan, and machining accuracy of the two pieces of equipment being assembled. Chairman He met with the company's team and had a discussion and in-depth exchanges with the team.
