In order to improve the new employees’sense of belonging, enhance their centripetal force, in accordance with the company’s management expectancy, JWELL (Group) Co., Ltd. held a new employees forum (the one who have been in JWELL less than 2 years) on 23rd Nov. 2011. The group company president Mr. He Haichao, chief accountant Mr. Li Xiaohu and Chemical Fiber company general manager Mr. Lou Yijian attended this meeting, chaired by the group company deputy general manager Mr. Jin Shengan.    At the beginning of the meeting, the new employees from chemical fiber company Mr. Lu Kun and Mr. Gu Ronggang offered brief remarks: talking about the feelings since work, their current personal problems and also stating clearly their attitude toward work in the future. Afterwards Mr. Gao Jincheng representative of sales managers from Suzhou Jwell Machinery Co., Ltd. reviewed his personal experience in the sales career and summed up his own words: Post through competition, income by dedication.    And then the president of company Mr. HE HAICHAO made a brilliant speech with the topic: How to become a good professional man. The speech carried out from 6 subjects: the professional ideal, professional attitude, professional skills, professional ethics, professional communication and professional image. The president encouraged employees to develop long-term stability in the company and promised them to get superior returns from company by offering great efforts.    At last, general manager from chemical fiber company Mr. Lou Yijian and vice general manager from Jwell Machinery separately made speeches: hope that the new employees with full confidence work in the company and try their best to realize their own professional ideal.The Meeting ended in a round of applause.
