Mr. Gutai Gui, Jwell vice general manager and Mr. Liang Wang, Jwell quality director went to Industrial School, our cooperation college in Suzhou industry zone,  and carried out a special lecture on enterprise culture to 2010-term students  in Jwell classroom on 15^th Feb, 2012. The students in Jwell classroom had the first understanding of Jwell enterprise culture by watching material in the PPT format, which includes company history, enterprise spirit, salary&benefits, etc. They were required to establish correct quality sense and keep in mind the Jwell quality principle, Excellent Quality & Perfectly Consistent. All students are looking forwars to the next lecture to be organized by the company while the college leaders place high emphasis on this mode and provides high support. Six teachers attended the lecture and camera shooting was carried out the during the lecture. This classroom was hoped to be the successful mode of the cooperation between the school and the enterprise. The trial that the enterprise trainers get into the classroom and the students are trained by the enterprise culture is hoped to establish the firm basis for the practice and work. Director Mr. Anli Zhu from electro mechanic centre has agreed on this mode greatly and welcomed the training from the company getting into the college sincerely.
