Plastic marine pedal extrusion line

Marine pedal is mainly made of high density polyethylene (HDPE, content 95%). It is produced by extrusion process, can be connected, fixed, combined and installed into various shapes according to actual needs or engineering design with the assistance of other metal or plastic accessories,products floating on water surface for using in connection between land and water in places such as docks, pontoons, platforms, etc.

Marine pedal is a new type of environmental protection products. In the process of production, the corresponding anti-static agent, antioxidant and anti-uv agent and other auxiliary materials are added,Integral one-time forming, seamless, no seepage. It complies with ASTM of American material and test association, CE of European Union and GB9687-1988 of China. The floating bucket is also known as combined floating module. It is made of high density polyethylene (HDPE, content 95%) which is the main raw material through blow molding process.The biggest characteristic of plastic marine pedal is that it is composed of a green plastic floating bucket, which is very flexible in dismounting.
